We want you to feel confident about trying Fluenso Plus. If you are not satisfied with your Plus subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first Plus purchase — no questions asked.
We also review refund requests outside the 14-day window — including renewals and later billing cycles — on a case-by-case basis. Just contact us and we'll work with you to find a fair resolution.
What is covered
- First-time Plus subscription (monthly or yearly)
- Accidental double charges
- Billing errors on our side
- Renewal charges and other cases reviewed individually on request
How to request a refund
- Contact billing support — open the billing support form and include:
- The email address on your Fluenso account
- The approximate date and amount of the charge
- Optionally, the reason for the refund (not required for the 14-day guarantee)
- We respond within 2 business days — our team reviews the request and confirms whether it qualifies.
- Refund is processed within 7 days — once approved, the refund is issued back to the original payment method through our payment provider, Monetize. Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
If you paid through a third-party store (e.g., an app store), you may need to request the refund through that store directly. Contact us if you're unsure which applies.
Cancelling vs refunding
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. To cancel, open the billing portal from your Account page.
If you want both to cancel and request a refund within the 14-day window, please contact billing support — we'll handle both in one step.
